TRAVEL DOCUMENTS.
All passengers will need to be in possession of a valid passport.
Each passenger is responsible for their own visa, passport ( with at least 6 months validity ) - Ezeworldtravel can advise if help is required.

Passengers must make themselves familiar with immigration, quarantine, customs, health and other requirements of the countries to be visited or transited through.

Ezeworldtravel makes no representation as to the safety, condition or other issues that may arise at any destination. Travel advise is available from the Australian Government at smarttraveller.gov.au

Passengers holding other than an Australian passport should check requirements.

TOUR PRICE.
Prices are based on airfare, general transport and accommodation at the foreign exchange rates as at 5/3/2010.
Ezeworldtravel reserves the right to alter the tour price or modify the tour if, due to unforeseen circumstances any of these factors change significantly, giving any passenger who has booked the right to withdrawal. Please be assured that Ezeworldtravel always endeavours to keep the price at the lowest level possible.

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENTS.
A deposit of $1500.00 per person is required at the time of booking.
Full payment will be required 60 days prior to departure.

CANCELLATIONS.
Cancellation advised more the 60 days from the date of departure from Australia will incur a cancellation fee of $500.00 per persons. Cancellations advised less than 60 days from the date of departure from Australia will result in the loss of all monies paid.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

MINIMUM TOUR NUMBERS.
The tour has been priced on the basis of a minimum number of passengers having booked 60 days before departure.
Ezeworltravel reserves the right to cancel the tour if insufficient passengers have booked prior to 60 days of departure, giving a full refund of monies or an offer of alternative arrangements acceptable to individual clients.

Changes to the Itinerary.
Ezeworldtravel reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary to fit in with operational requirements. Any change to the itinerary will be replaced with a similar arrangement.

Responsibility.
Rypac Pty Ltd trading as Ezeworltravel ( ABN 17009619407) Licence number 3037532 is the tour organizer.

Ezeworltravel acts only as agent in making arrangements for passengers with carriers and hoteliers and others for the tour.

As a result we cannot accept liability for any act or omission whatsover, whether negligent or otherwise of these carriers, hoteliers or other persons providing services in connection with the tour over whom we have no direct or exclusive control.

We do not accept responsibility for any injury, damage, loss, delay, change or schedule, or any other events that are beyond our direct control, such as, but not limited to war, terrorism, flood, fire, civil disturbance, acts of god, acts of government, or any other authorities, accidents due to a failure of machinery or equipment or industrial actions.

The passage contract in use by the carriers concerned when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the transportation companies or firms and the purchases of these tours.

Baggage is at the owners risk throughout the tour.
